Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — MarSU President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta is proud to announce another historically significant milestone: the National Book Development Board (NBDB) has officially recognized MarSU as a Registered Publisher, granting the institution the right to publish, distribute, and market a wide range of digital and print publications—from books and journals to magazines and beyond.
This achievement reflects the tireless dedication of Assoc. Prof. Randy T. Nobleza, with the strong support of KTTO Director Assoc. Prof. Edgardo R. Laririt, MarSU’s Research Unit under Dr. Maria Edelwina M. Blasé, and the Publications & Information Units, whose efforts successfully elevated MarSU’s standing from its former MSC Publisher status to full NBDB accreditation.
With this recognition, MarSU opens its doors to a broader community of creators. Faculty, students, alumni, and external authors—whether individuals or organizations—can now bring their works to life under the banner of MarSU Publications, following the university’s standard publication protocols.
This advancement strengthens MarSU’s role as a hub for knowledge creation and dissemination, empowering voices from Marinduque and beyond to reach national and global audiences.
