Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University proudly announces the successful completion of the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Stage 2 Certification Audit, conducted on September 1–4, 2026 across its campuses.

The rigorous audit was led by Ms. Mary Grace Balobalo, Audit Team Leader of TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc., who, together with her team, thoroughly evaluated MarSU’s systems, processes, and institutional practices.
Following the comprehensive assessment, MarSU has been recommended for the issuance of the ISO 21001:2018 Certificate, a prestigious recognition that affirms the University’s commitment to quality assurance, accountability, and international standards in educational management.
This milestone was achieved through the collective efforts of the University community under the leadership of University President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, with the guidance of Vice Presidents, and the dedicated oversight of the Quality Assurance Division headed by Associate Prof. Raoul J. Magcamit.
This underscores MarSU’s dedication to continuous improvement and its vision of achieving global recognition in higher education, while strengthening its role as a transformative institution for the island and beyond.
