Boac, Marinduque—University President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta and Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Field Office Marinduque Director Jacinto C. Mateo III led the oath-taking ceremony for the newly appointed employees of Marinduque State University on May 12, 2026 at MarSU Boac Campus, marking another milestone in strengthening the University’s workforce and commitment to public service.
The ceremony formally welcomed five newly appointed personnel who officially took their oath of office in the presence of University officials and representatives from the Civil Service Commission. The newly appointed employees are:
• Pearl B. De Luna-Rodas – Attorney IV, Legal Unit
• Mark Ramah D. Milambiling – Accountant II, MarSU Gasan Campus
• Alvin P. Regencia – Administrative Officer IV, MarSU Santa Cruz Campus
• John Mark F. Valencia – Instructor I, College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS)
• John Carlo M. Casal – Administrative Assistant II, MarSU Torrijos Campus
The oath-taking symbolizes the employees’ commitment to integrity, excellence, and dedicated public service as they assume their respective roles in the University.
The University administration also expressed its confidence that the newly appointed personnel will continue to uphold professionalism, passion, and accountability in delivering quality service to the MarSU community and its stakeholders.
