Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Field Office Marinduque, headed by Director Jacinto C. Mateo III, formally opened the Supervisory Course Track 2 at the MarSU Boac Campus, scheduled from July 6–9, 2026.

The four‑day training program was initiated by MarSU’s HRMU, led by Ms. Erma E. Reyes with full support from President Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, to strengthen supervisory and leadership competencies among public sector professionals. The course equips participants with advanced skills in management, organizational leadership, and effective governance, aligning with CSC’s continuing efforts to elevate supervisory excellence across government institutions.
In his message, PDPZ emphasized the importance of collaboration and professional growth, highlighting MarSU’s role as a hub for capacity building and service excellence.
Through this initiative, MarSU reaffirms its commitment to capacity building and professional development, while CSC FO Marinduque continues to champion integrity, accountability, and innovation in public service.
