Quezon City, Philippines — The Institutional Evaluation Committee (IEC) of Marinduque State University formally submitted its evaluation report concerning faculty applicants for position reclassification under DBM–CHED Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2026, to the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office (CHEDRO) MIMAROPA and the Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG) on October 15, 2026.

Dr. Evangeline B. Mandia, IEC member, represented the submission, together with Ms. Erma E. Reyes, HRMDD Head & SAO. Their participation highlighted MarSU’s commitment to conducting faculty credential evaluations with integrity, transparency, and adherence to national guidelines.

The submission was carried out with the full support of University President Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta and Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Leodegario M. Jalos, Jr. whose leadership continues to inspire the institution’s pursuit of excellence. Through this submission, MarSU continues to strengthen its governance structures and foster a culture of excellence in academic and administrative processes.
