Quezon Province, Philippines — University President Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta attended the 41st Commencement Exercises of Quezonian Educational College, Inc. (QECI) in Atimonan, Quezon held on July 18, 2026.

During the ceremony, QECI presented the 36 graduate students of the MarSU Graduate Studies Extension Program, a proud milestone in MarSU’s continuing mission to expand graduate education opportunities beyond the island. President Zulueta was also honored as a Strategic Partner of QECI, recognizing MarSU’s vital role in fostering academic collaboration and regional development.

Also present at the event were Dr. Leodegario M. Jalos, Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Julieta Q. Nabos, Dean of the Graduate School, who joined in celebrating the achievements of the graduates and strengthening ties with partner institutions.
