Taguig City, Philippines — Marinduque State University (MarSU), represented by Ms. Rosalinda E. Punzalan, Program Head of the Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW), joined the 37th Founding Anniversary Celebration of Childhope Philippines Foundation, Inc. on May 19, 2026, in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
During the celebration, MarSU was honored with the HOPE IN ACTION: Academic Partnership in Field Learning and Service Award in recognition of its nearly decade-long partnership and meaningful contributions to Childhope’s programs for children and youth in street situations.
This recognition reflects the University’s continued commitment to social responsibility, service-learning, community engagement, and the holistic development of future professionals. MarSU remains steadfast in strengthening its partnership with Childhope through its Field Instruction and On-the-Job Training (OJT) Programs.
The College of Arts and Social Sciences extends its sincere appreciation to University President, Professor Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, for his unwavering support in fostering partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for student development, community service, and institutional advancement.
