Marinduque State University (MarSU) proudly announces its full compliance with the preparation and submission of its Land Use Development and Infrastructure Plan (LUDIP), as required under Republic Act No. 11396 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as prescribed under CHED Memorandum Order No. 11, series of 2020. The Commission on Audit Region IVB issued the commendation on June 15, 2026.

The LUDIP serves as a comprehensive blueprint for the sustainable development of higher education institutions, ensuring that land use and infrastructure projects are aligned with national priorities and institutional growth. By meeting this mandate, MarSU reaffirms its commitment to transparent governance in campus planning and resource allocation; sustainable infrastructure development that supports academic excellence and community engagement; and responsible stewardship of university lands for future generations.
With this milestone, MarSU continues to strengthen its position as a leading institution in the region, ensuring that its campuses remain centers of excellence, innovation, and sustainability for the people of Marinduque and beyond.
