Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — The Marinduque State College High School Alumni Association, Inc. (MSCHAAI) marked a milestone on May 12, 2026, with the induction of its newly elected officers at the Office of the University President. The ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, reinforcing the strong partnership between the University and its alumni.
Taking the helm of the association is President Jose Mario Victor Mandia, joined by Vice President Anton Llanes; Secretary Rizalie M. Lim; Assistant Secretary Hannah Cinkee Olaño; Treasurer Verna Liza L. Capiña; Assistant Treasurer Maria Cecilia Layag; Auditor Eduardo Magcamit; Project/Business Manager Jorge Mandia; Public Relations Officers Daisy T. Malapad and Ronjie Malinao; and Legal Counsel Atty. Faustino Leal.
More than a ceremonial transition, the event highlighted the evolving and strategic role of alumni as vital partners in institutional growth—particularly in advancing the development and excellence of the Laboratory School.
In his keynote message, Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta underscored the power of alumni engagement in shaping student success through mentorship, resource mobilization, and sustained collaboration. He further encouraged the association to champion the proposed “Bahay Alumni” project—envisioned as a dedicated hub for alumni engagement, collaboration, and student support—symbolizing a lasting legacy of unity and shared commitment to the institution’s future.
With renewed purpose, the MSCHAAI leadership aims to deepen alumni relations, expand community initiatives, and contribute to the University’s continuing pursuit of excellence—affirming the enduring bond between the institution and its graduates.
