Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — The College of Engineering, under the leadership of Engr. Melito Hirondo, proudly hosted the regular Monday flag raising ceremony on May 11, 2026.
With Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Leodegario M. Jalos, Jr. delivering timely reminders on the week’s upcoming activities, the event also became a moment of celebration for MarSU’s recent milestones.
The College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) was honored with the Certificate of Program Compliance for the BS Criminology Program, a testament to its commitment to quality and excellence.

At the same time, MarSU’s global impact was highlighted through its strong performance in the 2026 WURI Rankings, where seven flagship innovations earned international recognition:

After the flag raising ceremony, the Marinduque State College Association of Administrative Personnel, Inc (MSCAAPI) held the kick-off ceremonies for the MarSU Non-Teaching Week in line with the celebration of National Education Support Personnel Day.
