Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University (MarSU) was recognized by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) MIMAROPA Regional Office during the Agency Performance Review Conference held on March 3, 2026 via Zoom.
MarSU received the Best Presentation Award for its FY 2025 Key Accomplishments, presented by Ms. Mila Grace D. Gutierrez, Director for Planning, and was commended for achieving an outstanding 99.53% Budget Utilization Rate, reflecting clear reporting and responsible use of public funds.
These achievements highlight the leadership of University President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, together with Vice President for Administration and Finance, Atty. Crispin Francis M. Jandusay and Dr. Alfredo M. Ofrecio III, Director for Financial Services, whose strategic fiscal oversight continues to strengthen institutional performance.
