Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University (MarSU) proudly hosted the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with Bulacan State University (BulSU) for the offering of the Master of Industrial Technology Management program.

Held on February 16, 2026 at the MarSU Lounge, the event marked a significant step toward academic collaboration and professional advancement. University leaders from both institutions formalized their shared commitment to expand graduate education opportunities, strengthen research culture, and cultivate future-ready professionals in the field of industrial technology management.

Dr. Teody C. San Andres (University President) led the BulSU counterparts, along with Dr. Warlito M. Galita (OIC-Vice President, Academic Affairs & Graduate School Dean), Dr. Ruben Borja (Chancellor, Main Campus), and Dr. Leonora De Jesus (Assistant Dean, Graduate School).
MarSU was headed by Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, together with Dr. Leodegario M. Jalos, Jr. (Vice President for Academic Affairs), and Dr. Julieta Q. Nabos (Dean, Graduate School). Present also during the ceremony were Asso. Prof. Raoul J. Magcamit (Director, Quality Assurance), Dr. Maria Morena V. Santos (University & Board Secretary), and Asso. Prof. Mario T. Mascarenas (Dean, CIT) with full support from the faculty members of the College of Industrial Technology.
