Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Officials from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)–Marinduque, led by OIC-PENR Officer Cesar P. Odi, paid a courtesy visit to Marinduque State University (MarSU) President Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta on February 11, 2026, at the Office of the President, MarSU Boac Campus.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to discuss potential areas of collaboration aimed at supporting environmental initiatives and institutional development.

The DENR–PENRO also acknowledged President Zulueta for being a Gender and Development (GAD) Champion, as awarded by the DENR MIMAROPA Region for CY 2025.
