Hanoi, Vietnam — The College of Education (COEd) of Marinduque State University (MarSU) marked a significant milestone in its internationalization agenda through its active participation in the ILITE 4.0 International Research Conference, held at the Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) in Hanoi, Vietnam. The conference served as the culminating activity of the College’s International Mobility Program, highlighting MarSU COEd’s growing contribution to global academic discourse in education, research, and innovation.

MarSU was represented by a 14-member delegation, composed of seven (7) university officials and faculty members and seven (7) students from the College of Education, underscoring the University’s commitment to inclusive international engagement that integrates both faculty scholarship and student participation.
Demonstrating strong research productivity and academic excellence, the College of Education presented three (3) research papers and seven (7) research posters, showcasing scholarly works aligned with contemporary issues in education, technology integration, and pedagogical innovation. The ILITE 4.0 Conference concluded a highly productive international engagement that commenced with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between MarSU and HNUE on Day 1, establishing a foundation for sustained collaboration between MarSU and its international partner institutions. This formal partnership immediately generated meaningful offshoot activities that extended the impact of the mobility program beyond conference participation.
These initiatives included faculty and student knowledge and cultural exchange activities at primary and secondary schools in Ninh Binh, roundtable academic dialogues with internationally recognized universities and institutions, a courtesy visit to the Philippine Ambassador in Hanoi, and research presentations at the ILITE 4.0 Conference—each reinforcing MarSU’s commitment to academic diplomacy, global collaboration, and intercultural understanding.

The International Relations and Linkages Office (IRLO) extends its sincere appreciation to the College of Education for its preparedness, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit in undertaking this international endeavor, exemplifying scholarly excellence and adaptability on the global stage. The IRLO likewise conveys its deepest gratitude to University President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta (PDPZ) for his trust, visionary leadership, and unwavering support, which continue to empower MarSU faculty and students to confidently engage in international academic undertakings.

Anchored in shared learning and global cooperation, the College of Education’s participation in ILITE 4.0 affirms Marinduque State University’s growing role in advancing quality education and research through international partnerships—bringing MarSU from the HEART to the WORLD.
