Hanoi, Vietnam — Marinduque State University (MarSU), through the International Relations and Linkages Office (IRLO), has taken another significant leap in its global engagement efforts with the formal establishment of its partnership with the Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE). The collaboration was officially sealed through the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the HNUE President on December 8, 2025, marking a milestone in MarSU’s expanding international footprint.

This strategic partnership opens new avenues for academic exchange, joint research, capacity-building initiatives, and collaborative programs aimed at enhancing teacher education and pedagogical innovation. As a next step in this developing collaboration, a roundtable meeting will be held on December 12, where MarSU and HNUE—together with international partners—will explore targeted initiatives specifically designed for the College of Education. This dialogue is envisioned to shape concrete programs that will empower faculty, enrich student learning experiences, and strengthen both institutions’ contributions to global education.

The forging of this partnership reflects MarSU’s unwavering commitment to expanding meaningful international connections and advancing its vision of providing globally responsive education.

Marinduque State University extends its profound gratitude to University President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta for his steadfast leadership and for championing MarSU’s internationalization agenda. His visionary support continues to open doors for the university—elevating MarSU’s presence, impact, and aspirations on the global stage.
