Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — The Strategic Organizational Engineering & Performance Alignment Workshop concluded today, January 14, 2026 at the University Lounge, MarSU Admin Building, marking three days of intensive collaboration and institutional strengthening.

With full support from MarSU President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, the activity was notably graced by Dir. Jacinto C. Mateo III of the Civil Service Commission Field Office-Marinduque, whose presence underscored the importance of aligning university systems with the national standards. The closing program featured the awarding of certificate and token for the resource speaker, Dr. Edwin Chinel Monares, recognizing his commitment and contributions throughout the sessions.

In his heartfelt closing message, Dr. Leodegario M.
