Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University, through the initiative of its Planning and Development Unit and under the leadership of Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, is holding the Strategic Organizational Engineering & Performance Alignment Workshop from January 12-14, 2026, at the University Lounge, Admin Building.

With Dr. Edwin C. Monares (Chairman and CEO of Global Zenith Research and Consulting Inc.) as the resource speaker, this three‑day activity is designed to refine institutional systems and strengthen performance accountability, gathering faculty members, administrators and key officials.
